Will Simon, Founder
Will has been committed to advancing life-saving in-vehicle technologies since 2016, when he joined Guardian Optical Technologies as one of its earliest employees. At Guardian, he played a key role in reshaping policy discussions in Washington, D.C., advocating for legislation like the HOT CARS and SAFE Acts.
Following Guardian’s acquisition by automotive giant Gentex, Will led in-vehicle technology initiatives at telematics and software leader BlackBerry/QNX, simulation and validation companies Cognata and Foretellix, and served as a Software Defined Vehicle Consultant for Guidehouse where he authored the report Leveraging Software Defined Vehicles for Next Generation Consumer Experiences.
With a deep technical understanding of in-vehicle technologies, Will is uniquely positioned to drive the adoption of policies critical for auto safety and user experience.
